His rigorous training is finally done and he is now ready to perform public service duty.
For many fans and K-drama lovers, Lee Min Ho is definitely one of the most popular and well-known actors in the field. He is popular for his roles in K-dramas such as ‘Boys over Flowers’, ‘Legend of the Blue Sea’ and many others. His mandatory military enlistment has saddened many international fans, thinking they will not be able to see him for two years as he will be off the grid while serving his country.
But time definitely flies by fast. The Korean actor already finished the four-weeks training at the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, and is now about to start public service duty. Photos of a smiling Lee Min Ho went viral on Korean social media, assuring fans that he is adjusting well to military life.
In the pictures, the proud and dignified actor can be seen walking through a crowd of excited fans.
Up until this training began, Lee Min Ho has been serving as a public service officer, due to injuries suffered in two separates car accident in 2006 and 2011. Though he could’ve been exempted from military duty, the actor decided to go nonetheless.
Now Lee Min Ho will be returning to his public service duty at the Suseo Social Welfare Center in Gangnam District Office. There he will continue his duties as a public service officer for the remainder of his enlistment.
Lee Min Ho took selfies with some of the soldiers he grew close with during his graduation ceremony. He was later spotted at a beauty salon, greeting and acknowledging his fans who were patiently waiting for him.
